Software Training

As part of our implementation service, we provide role-based training classes for the different users of the system. These classes are tailored to meet the specific needs of each customer, and will depend on the modules being deployed and the geographic location and spoken language of participants.

Class formats include:

  • Train the users in physical classrooms, at your premises.
  • Train the users via live webinars and video recordings.
  • Train the trainers, to leverage your internal training staff.
  • e-Learning, to replace or supplement classes.

Innovation Best-Practices Training

Our consultants have been studying and teaching innovation best practices for over 20 years. We offer workshops on the theory and practice of innovation, to help your people understand the why, what and how of innovation management. Our workshop content is based on documented research from the Product Development Institute, the Product Development & Management Association (PDMA) and the Project Management Institute (PMI).
